It's not cheap, but it serves my purpose of making fake beer in plastic bottles for a stage show. Since it doesn't heat up like resins, it doesn't warp the plastic, and with the long open time I can take my time doing a careful pour. It's also very tintable. Because I'm not allowed to use glass on Broadway, this was exactly what I needed for the job.Used to make fake ice for my fake margaritas for my margarita kitchen and it set up quick and did exactly what I expected. Very good purchase. This product I've used twice since it showed up. It is extremely easy to use. Bubble entrapment is remarkably small without pressure casting or vacuum (one tiny bubble in a 2oz pour, no bubble in another). It also works great for multi layer pours. By far the simplest clear resin I've ever worked with as long as you're using it for something where its softness is not a problem of course.Very easy to mix and cure. End product is great, crystal clear and very stable over time. Breaks easily and can be used in plenty of creative applications. This item does exactly what the manufacturer claims. If you want to create the illusion of clear water in a vase or any glass container, get this product. It does require 24 hours to completely cure into a solid, clear rubber like substance. Make sure you have a stable place to store your creation while it dries. There is a slight odor during mixing, but it is not much. We used it to create an under water scene in a glass vase.Very easy to work with. Equal parts of Part A and B are mixed together for 5 minutes. Used to make a faux bottle of milk. Very realistic. It was easy to use because the mixing ratio was 1: 1.Bubble escape is also good, it finishes beautifully. However, I wish the packaging were little more polite. This stuff is awful. Literally ANY handling will make it crumble to pieces. Its super rigid with a only a slight squishy texture. The crumbs are also super hard to clean up cuz they stick to everything. I love smooth on products and am a loyal customer to their tin-cure and platinum-cure silicone kits.Bought this to use in product photography by creating fake ice that looks very realistic and also can float in drinks. I had heard good reviews but have been blown away as how good this looks as fake ice chunks in the photos.
