I was little put off by having to cut out the media from the stock air filter to install this filter at first but, turns out it was very easy. The filter fit perfect in the housing. Best of all this thing is made in USA! It also seems to have improved my throttle response a little. It also has given my exhaust and intake a little bit more of a growl when accelerating. I was worried this thing was going to make the intake side of the turbo louder, and I'd have to listen to the turbo howling all of the time like with other cold air intakes. It didn't, just a nice throaty sound now. The best thing about this setup is you still retain the factory air filter housing and cold air induction at a fraction of the price of a replacement setup. We all know what a bear these air filters can be to replace on the 6.0, so being able to retain the air filter monitor gauge is great for knowing when to clean this filter. No oil required either. Just wash it with degreaser, let dry and reinstall.
