I ordered this for my pet Raccoon to house her at night. Order arrived a few days earlier than expected.The crate was super easy to put together and was larger than I expected it to be.It love the way it looks since it was going to be kept inside my home. It was made great and I’m 100% sure it would have been escape proof once she gained a little weight. She could fit through the sides but with a few pounds that would not happen.I sent it back because after spending the time putting it together (which was very easy but still took time) it was beat up with a lot of huge dents in it. I called and ask for a discount and would keep it but was told no to send back. So I got a full refund and will find another one somewhere else. I don’t think asking for a discount was a problem because it’s unfair to me to pay full price for something damaged and a agreed upon discount could have made us both satisfied and I would have kept it. They did offer me a $5 discount. That’s just funny.However at the end of the day I really believe if you have a huge dog (or a smaller one and want a bigger space for them) this would be a great crate for you. I just hope when delivered it’s not damaged like mine was. And it looks so good when put together.We got a 42 inch for our pitbull and she has more than enough room! I love that she doesn’t have to keep her head down and she can stand up and stretch and change positions easily. At first I felt guilty for ordering a crate and now I know it keeps her safe and my mind at ease when I am gone.My dog is an escape artist and has always been able to get out of any crate. We have had this one for a couple of months now, but he hasn’t been able to get out of it. The latches were a concern because they don’t look very sturdy. Our dog is a medium dog about 40-45 lbs. I feel like the latches might need reinforcement for larger dogs. It does come with carabiners for some reinforcements. I like this crate and recommend it.Exactly what I was looking for. My dog has enough room to stand up and stretch. I dont feel like hes hunched over or swished in. Very easy to assemble. Just manually added a few screws. Love how it opens from the top, front and little door to change the food. Just perfect.absolutely awesome! The only issue is the roof has a latch my dog opened it within 3 mins of me leaving I watched him on the camera. We put a metal clamp and no more issues! Our dog could escape from any crate but not this one!!Nice big kennel. I like the fact that the top opens so you can reach in there. The trays that slide out underneath are also very good.I love how big the cage is, it's perfect for a big dog it is most definitely big enough for even a Great Dane. I love how to top side opens up. Shipping was rough and our cage came damaged. The locks also get stuck so it's not smooth when you try to open the cage. With a big dog it does rattle some of the dog walks around. Overall a great cage.Fantastic product. Great to know I can leave my dog and he is safe and secure. Only negative is the floor. This is made of the same bars as the rest of cage so dogs paws were going through. Fitted a board to solve problem.It's fairly easy to put together and sturdy enough for the intended use. Craftsmanship is not stellar but it does the job. In particular, the metalwork had some kinks and the welds seem a bit weak in places but, all in all, it's good.Once assembled, it's sturdy but not built like a tank (all pieces are made of rectangular or square steel tubing as opposed to solid metal pieces). On the plus side, this makes the cage fairly light and easy to move. The finish is ok. It flakes off a little bit in some spots but it's generally ok.Due to the type of construction. I would definitely not recommend leaving this cage out in the open (in the rain). The metal joints are not completely welded all around, so if it's left out in the rain, the water will enter the individual pieces of tubing and you can bet it will rust like crazy. If you plan on using it inside, that's fine but outside is a no-no IMHO.This crate was easy to build. Looks nice. My dog however hates being in this thing scares him he just shakes and shakes. I wish the door was bigger for my cane CorsoTrès belle cage pour chien.
