The package arrives later than stated. It's a Prime item and arrives in 5 days. Amazon sent a text "your package is delayed" so I get it late , the outer package looked fine but the inner one that was actually holding the cup was overstuffed and wasn't closed. The cup was not damaged. I washed and dried the cup and out it to use right away It kept my water cold for about an hour then it started to warm up. After several hours it was warm. Next time I will put it I. The freezer for a bit before using fit. I do love the look of the cup and it's support of MS.I like the looks of this cup; however, I have used this cup twice and noticed that there is a leak between the walls of the cup allowing liquid to get in between them.It was perfect. Bought this for a dear friend who was battling cancer again and she loved it.
