I've been a big Amazon fan for years, and this is one of the very few I was not happy with.Not an Amazon prime product- sold by Amazon on behalf of another company.Bought this product as it was advertised as being waterproof.Product arrived with dent in pole, and also not exact colour (camel) as it was advertised on Amazon.But thought I will keep it as it was waterproof. After only 2 weeks on our patio, and a bit of rain we have discovered that it was not waterproof. The material has started to stretch or something, as the parasol looks now like a flower which has been without water for weeks. Material also creased all over. Contacted the seller to send it back, and I was told I will need to pay a lot of postage and they will rather give me a bit of discount. Got a bit of discount, but would need to buy a new parasol for our patio- and the Summer has not started yet. I was hoping this would last at least for the Summer or 12 months, and bought this because there was 1 reviewer who gave this 5 stars. Well now I am on the way to Bath and Beyond or Home depot to get a new one.. This product was discounted from $90, to $55 and now only cost $44- which means the seller knows this is not a good product, as the Summer holidays has not even started yet. Ok if you need something for a couple of months.
