Features

【Powerful cleaning】The Proscenic 850T robot vacuum cleaner has a very strong suction power. Strong suction power of 3000 Pa can easily vacuum all the dust, hair and garbage. With 3 adjustable levels, the robot vacuum can meet your various requirements.

【Easy control】With Alexa and Google Home, you can control the robot vacuum by voice command. With the Proscenic app you can make cleaning plans, change cleaning modes, start or stop cleaning from anywhere, etc. The remote control also supports the scheduling function.

【Vacuuming and mopping】The vacuum robot comes with a large dust container of 500 ml so that you do not have to empty the dust as often. There is also a 300 ml electric water tank with a 280 ml dust container. 850T offers 3 cleaning modes: vacuum, mop, vacuum and mop at the same time. With the electric water tank you can adjust the amount of water according to your needs (through APP).

【Intelligent navigation system】The real-time positioning and an apartment plan can help the robot vacuum to determine its own position and then drive through S-wave cleaning routes around your house.

【Never enter no-go zones】The magnetic tape allows you to block an area or an entire room where the robotic vacuum cleaner should not enter, which can prevent the machine into the restricted area to break some fragile furniture.

I own 2 of these robots and just recently replaced 1 of them after twice daily use for over a year under warranty. The customer service is responsive and friendly! Love these robots! Here are some pros and cons:I first bought one of these robot vacuums to maintain the upstairs, where I keep my cats' litter boxes and where they spend most of their time. We have hard floors with area rugs, so we often found ourselves stepping on tiny litter granules (arm and hammer clump and seal). I have joint problems and lugging a heavy vacuum around every day was not an option. Even using a lightweight stick vacuum was getting tiresome. I specifically bought this unit because of its strong suction power (I just compared the suction power unit "Pa" to other vacuums and saw that this one was the highest in my price range). Plus it had a mop feature, so that's why I chose this one over others. Before using "Rob," I first performed a deep clean with my upright Shark vacuum. If you've ever owned a Shark, you'll know that Sharks have exceptional suction power. Well, after I ran Rob, I was so surprised at how much it picked up. And I'm not just talking carpet fibers, but I found a huge amount of dust, cat hair, and litter particles that my big vacuum failed to pick up. Then I went exploring in the robot app, I saw that I could turn up the suction power. So I turned it up to Max the next time I used it and it picked up even more. Now I keep the Max function on for every use. It is a little loud on Max but I don't mind the noise.I like that there is an included cleaning brush tool to clean the filters every time you dump out the waste bin. I recommend removing the filters and tapping them outside to remove the dust most effectively.Keep in mind that this robot will eat any thin cords on the ground and may pull delicate rug tassles over time. I've forgotten to pick up my cat toys, such as ribbons, and they get caught up in the brush roll and triggered a warning code from the unit. This error code will stop the unit from running as a safety precaution, which is great! However, if you aren't home to catch the error code and detangle the culprit, the robot won't be able to complete its run.Pros:*Efficient*Timesaver*Cheap replacement parts*Good battery life (over a year)*Easy to clean*App lets you control the robot from another room.*App lets you add cleaning schedules and method of cleaning (auto, spot, edge, mopping)*low profile doesn't get caught under most furniture, except for the dishwasherCons:*Gets tangled on ribbons or cords left on floor*Must empty waste bin at least every couple of days if you have pets and run daily (and I have air purifiers, which collect excess dust and fur, so you might need to empty sooner)*The power button on top of the unit is touch-based and often brushes against something (like a fabric cat tunnel or a desk cord dangling at just the right height) and will turn off the unit. I think that a tactile push button would have been a better design idea to prevent accidental shut off. Luckily when I'm in the other room and I hear the vacuum turn off after going under the cat tunnel, I just turn it back on from the app and hope it doesn't go under the tunnel again.*The error code for when something gets tangled or when the unit gets caught on a raised ledge, such as a cat tree ledge, is so loud and long. All I need is like three beeps. It goes on for what feels like a full 30 seconds and is too much.*Sometimes I'll notice that Rob has disappeared from my app. In the app, you can schedule cleanings every day or on specific days at any time that you choose. When I've noticed that the vacuum didn't start, I'll go to the app to remotely start it and see it has disappeared. I'll go through the process of adding it back in and adding new schedules once again. And it'll be fine sometimes for weeks at a time. So I'm not quite sure why the vacuum will randomly disappear from the app. I don't know if it has to do with my Wi-Fi connection or an app bug. When I do add it back, the app remembers what I had named the vacuum but I have to set schedules again.I'm very happy with my 2 robots! They have saved me a lot of time and energy. I don't have to worry about straining myself physically as much to keep a clean home. I still do a deep vacuum at least once a month, but Rob and Rob Clone have saved me a lot of effort. My floors look extremely clean because of them.me gusto mucho su poder de succion, me deja el piso muy limpio. hace un buen trabajo por su valor.I've received this little cleaning bot today. It was not hard to assemble. The registration to get it to work with the app felt a little unnecessarily involved, but was not hard to do. The suction is fine. It avoids obstacles and gets itself unstuck fairly well. It's cleans in a very random pattern, but I imagine it'll cover everything eventually if given enough time. It did not find it's powerbase for recharging at the appropriate time, so that will probably be a regular game of hide and seek. I was curious, so I did not wait for it to be fully charged before doing a trial run. At 37%, it ran for 22 minutes before heading for the home dock to recharge at 10%.I have not yet tried the mopping function, I plan to try that tomorrow. This thing is a pain to program it's a pain to get it to go where you need you almost need to take it to a training class for you and it to learn together buy a stick vacuum much easier more versatile this thing's a jokeExcelente trabajo y poder de succiónLove this vacuumIt cleans well.I have 2 dogs and they shed a lot. I try to run this every day and it picks up well. However, many times I have to stand beside it and reconnect to to the internet. I have very good internet and a good router but it won't stay connected. Other than that it works well. This is my 3rd robot vac. Good points and bad though. The bad1) Navigation is hugely flawed. It goes over and over the same area and never moves on, this is because the map shows it thinks it’s moving to a new area, but in reality it’s just going over the same area again and again.2) The Android app is truly hopeless. Requires ridiculous permissions, totally unclear how to add device, device selection screen is very unresponsive. No push notifications if vac gets stuck.3) battery life is not good. On a mix of carpet and laminate, it doesn’t last more than an hour. The good1) it’s shallow enough to get under beds without a problem2) it has a remote control fortunately so you don’t need to use the rubbish appMaybe I’ve got a faulty one, I think it’ll be going back.I bought this off the strength of the reviews and universally across various platforms this machine is lauded and well rated. I think mine may be a dud. I bought this as I finally gave up on my wonderful roborock s5 which went wrong and noone at xiaomi would even discuss trying to help me get it fixed. So I'm underwhelmed by the Proscenic. It doesn't seem to have much idea of where to go and it will go off in one direction at a strange angle missing great stripes across the floor. I put it in a bedroom and got it to vacuum three times. The little brushes (that after a week are already looking mangled) do an effective job at sweeping the dirt around however after three goes the carpet should have been Spotless and it wasn't. Looking at the app on my phone, the room it's just cleaned is unrecognisable. It seems to struggle with leg's of chairs or beds or tables and it will often crash into them headfirst and go round them but not in the same trajectory so it throws off whatever cleaning pattern it was trying to do. It seems to prefer diagonally cleaning across rooms. On the ground floor I have a square hall with a big living room open plan and a kitchen dining room. There is no way this machine shows any wish to clean all the rooms. It prefers to clean either to the right or to the left of its dock but doesnt do both and of course there's no way of telling it where to go and which rooms it should be doing . The only time it's done a multi room clean is when it forgot where its dock was. It is often stopping half way through and I've had the series of flashing lights with one, two, three and four beeps. That is a full house of error messages. When I just went to empty the watertank/bin as last time it was mopping and sweeping together there was no dirt in the box was all just some water. It's currently having a crack at the hall and living room. It's been going 10/15 minutes. The app shows a map of somewhere I don't recognise it's beeping (one beep) and left wheel error has just shown up on the screen. I've given this good try but if this is how they all perform then maybe I just expect too much. Maybe it is of course a dud and Proscenic will do something about it. Let's see!
