This review is for the Women's Farrier Apron 23" - Black with Green, Cowhide Suede Leather & Canvas, 4 Hoof Knife Pockets, 2 Magnets, Adjustable 28-52" Waist, Back Support - Farrier Chaps for Shoeing & Trimming.So up for review today we have this cowhide suede leather and canvas farrier's apron/chaps for women in the lovely black with bright lime/neoon green accents in 23 inch length. I could do without the green LOL. I'm short with a 28 inch inseam, so the shorter length is good for me LOL.These are well made with good thick suede/canvas, good stitching throughout upon close inspection, nice pockets for tools and the magnetic pads for nails. The magnets could be stronger I think. Nice padding where needed for cushion, great adjustability for fit around your waist with good heavy duty big quick release buckles and velcro to adjust fit. Good adjustable leg straps with solid plastic quick release buckles. Did I mention the green piping/binding is sure eyecatching ? LOL. The back strap has a nice wide pad for comfort/support too, nice feature.These provide more than adequite protection for use with hoof care for horses, goats, sheep... I don't know that I would wear these for actual horseback riding, they're not enough like a regular pair of chaps, but I might wear them around the barn for added protection, when cleaning hooves, protect your legs when handling bales of hay... I'll also wear them when doing chores, yard work, weed eating...Regular price $82.99 per the listing may be a bit high, maybe watch for a sale/coupon, browse listings...As always I only do honest reviews and update if needed.
