We are so impressed with this bed. We ordered the full size & it arrived in 3 days. The box wasn't oversized so it was easy to get into the house, although a little heavy (about 60 lbs) normal for a bed frame in pieces. I would recommend a powertool to put together because although it is easy to read the instructions to put together, the small tools it comes with just takes a bit more time when using them. It took about an hour to put together while my cat happily rolled around in box and stuffing. As far as packaging, everything was stacked and wrapped neatly. Nothing was broken or missing. I have a 14 inch Sealy mattress on it (no boxspring) and the height comes up to about 23 inches. I was afraid it would be too low but because of the mattress, it worked out and looks great. I wouldn't go any lower than a 14 inch mattress if this is for an adult, otherwise you'll be sitting a lot lower, unless that's your preference. This is just my observation and opinion. The bed is sturdy, modern and just beautiful. I plan on ordering a queen size next. I will update ONLY if anything goes wrong with it. If there are no updates, that means it is still holding up great. If you're reading this review and and trying to decide on this, make the purchase. It is worth it! The slats felt flimsy when i was putting it together but so far it’s been holding up. I weigh about 250 lbs and have a dreamcloud mattress that weighs around 95 lbs but the bed seems to be fine. I put the headboard flush to the wall and there is not wiggle or movement. There is not noise either when i move around. So far a great bed. We’ll see how long will it last. Get someone to help you with assembling the bed to make it easier. It took me about and hour since there are so many parts. Also use a ratchet with a hex bit to speed up the assembling process. The allen wrench that came with it is a pain to use.Super easy to put together. The instructions come with lots of pictures. It's just like Ikea but in English. Its very study too. My one critique is I wish it sat a little higher off the floor so I can pit more stuff underneath. But my apartment doesn't have a lot of storage so I'll take what I can getI bought this bed for my son. It was very easy to put together and I loved the fact that the back headboard goes all the way down. The only thing I would suggest is that the plastic holders that hold the slats were made better. Other than that it was a great bed.I bought this frame really not knowing what to expect. Surprised by the quality of the product as a whole. All the pieces are well made and fairly easy to assemble. The slats are also easy to install over other slats you are required to screw in. The only downside is the height of the bed. It is low profile so don't expect to store much under the bed.I was looking for a sturdy and beautiful bed frame to place in my new house, but I didn’t want to spend a small fortune on one. When I found this, I though it looked super modern and clean, which fit perfectly with the style I was going for my in home, and it’s honestly a steal for the price. When I received it, everything was packaged really neatly and assembly was a breeze. It seems like it could support a lot of weight and movement, which was exactly what I was looking for. The bed frame itself is very sturdy, it holds both my husband, me and 3 dogs!If assembled correctly it makes no squeaking sounds, which were my first apprehension to getting an Amazon bedframe. But truly, this is high quality, a great price, and study as hell!I recommend this bedframe
