First off it is technically supposed to be a two person job but living on my own I had to build it on my own. One major thing that I had difficulty with is the tiny Allen wrench they give you as it doesn’t help that much. I recommend using your own good pair of Allen wrenches as you get more leverage. To build it on your own the third or fourth step I forget is the most difficult so what worked best for me is I attached the two side supports to the end of the bed frame first and I always tightened the nut on the screw in the bottom hole first just enough to hold it in place. It was a pain to tighten the nut on securely but what made it easier for me is I had my Allen wrench holding the screw while I used the tiny wrench to tighten down the nut. The final step was moderately difficult because I had to quickly tighten the screws in the hole while it was actually lined up as half of the holes weren’t lined up the best and I had to stretch the H shaped pieces. On the last two steps the screws all looked the same when on the instructions compared to the packet with all the screws was different but it still worked out. It took me a few hours of hard work but I built it and it is sturdy. It is pretty I will give it that much but the instructions weren’t the best as I didn’t see hardly any words besides the parts labeled.Shipping was great. The strong mental frame is awesome very sturdy keeps my back perpendicular instead of wood frames that have a tendency over time become weak and allows your back to slouch with the mattress. Causing pain. Last night was my first night sleeping a very good lasting sleep. Only waking up once to go to the restroom. So good in the morning I did not want to get up. All the other times in my old wood frame. I was up two and three times a night. Also some of the credit goes to the new extra firm dream sleeper mattress . On a solid mental frame is the way to go. Now others may have different opinion. But if you have a bad back. And you know bending over Causes you a lot of back pain. Picture laying on a weak mattress and weak bed frame. Which cases you back to feel bent over. Even though at first it feels great then over time your back gives you pain from sleeping with your back in a continuous bow type sleep compared to perpendicular back staying straight . And trying to sleep for 8 hours. I am sure you will wake up with back pain? Thank you all for the great product and ingenuity you all have put into this. I will surely would buy this frame again.Update. I will definitely but again. I have been sleeping on this ever since September 2,2022. My theory was right. Keep the back straight. And not bow in the bed. You will have no back pain. I am now pain free in my lower back. Very good mental frame and awesome firm mattress. My back is no longer feeling bend over whicle sleeping. But stay straight with no sagging.My 11 year old son and I put it together easily. It feels sturdy. It's been up for a couple weeks. His friends can hang out on it with him. I sat on it with them. The letter labeling was off on a couple of the screws but it was easy to tell what goes where still because the screw pack and instructions labeled the screw sizes.I like the frame and the communication and their customer service. The frame takes a while to build. The instructions were fairly straightforward however parts 6 & 9 were reversed on the instructions which caused some consternation until I figured it out and their was one other part that was mis labeled. The only real frustrating thing was the whole parts packet was short 3 nuts. Luckily I ran to a hardware store and got replacements. All in all I do like the frame and it is very sturdy. The company just needs to make sure the parts are labeled correctly and that they make sure the parts required to assemble have the correct numbers. I still would recommend this frame and this company. The value for the money is excellent.We ordered a queen frame for our guest bedroom. We loved it so much, we ordered a king frame. VERY sturdy, easy to assemble and nice coloring on the wood. Highly recommend. My husband and I are both plus size and it holds us just fine, so do not be nervous about that if you are ❤️I had to contact customer service about a glitch in delivery (not their fault). They jumped in quickly and contacted the carrier, and made sure my bed was delivered promptly. The bed looks great and is very sturdy. Great value for the price!For my rowdy 11yr old boy this bed stands up to all his jumping around. Very sturdy wasn’t to hard to put together by myself and looks greatEasy to put together and so great! My last frame and headboard were so bulky and needed a box spring. Now my room is so open and my cat loves the openness under the bed! Planning a couple wicker baskets for blankets for under the bed. Great frame and great purchase!!
