The bed is a lower profile than I expected but for the money it was all the metal they are going to give us, LOL. Some teens had fun assembling it for me, it is no different than most kits. Once you understand the logic of the assembly it goes along easily. Lots of parts to assemble and the Allen wrench is a standard so you can just the kit's as well as what you have on hand and have two people work at it. It was a 90 minute job start to finish with mattress plopped on top.I really like my bed. It does squeak after a while of using it. But other than that I love the way it looks, it's affordable and if you find the right mattress super great. If you read the instructions the bed builds super easily.You will need help to put this together and is not a one person job. My dad and I put it together in three hours. We got one part wrong and had to undo the section and try again. Some stickers fell off the poles and could not tell what part it was. It is heavy duty support once it is together. I am happy with the purchase but it is not easy to put together. Right height and easy under bed storage.I originally bought this for my 11 year old but switched it to my 7 year old.My older daughter was just too heavy for it and I would often have to tighten up the bed as it would start squeaking. It is so great for my younger daughter though, I even bought another for my 5 year old. They are super cute!Cute bed that is perfect for my four year old. As a woman in her mid 40’s, I found the bed super easy and quick to assemble alone. A few pieces had flaws- missing paint or dents. Fortunately the flaws were either minor hidden. The bed is not low to the ground as many reviews mention so this must have been corrected by the manufacturer. The only issue is that the mattress easily slides around. I painted wooden dowels to keep mattress in place (put between platform and head/foot board).I was able to build it alone, but it took me about 5 hours, so I'd recommend having a helper. The bed is fine. Comfortable to work with and the instructions were pretty straight forward. My only problem was that one piece wasn't fully done (shown in picture) and I had to use a hammer to open the hole which could've resulted in damage if I hadn't been careful enough. Other than that, the delivery was really fast and all the materials that were needed came in the box. Would give it a 4.5/5 if I could.Perfect for young girlFácil de armarLo que costó con su calidad me parecen adecuados, soy un adulto por lo que pienso que para mi está bien ya que solo la ocupo para dormir, pero siento que para un niño que salta y de más cosas no creo que sea muy práctica. Algo que no me encantó fue que la cama es individual y se sale un poco de la base, es decir la base es un poco chica y eso es incómodo porque la sábanas se salen ya que no embona bien colchón-cama.Es bonita, quizá un poco más baja de lo esperando pero ya que es para una niña está perfecta, llega en una caja y hay que armarla, pero las instrucciones son bastante claras.Compramos la cama para una recamara pequeñita y quedó a la perfección. El colchón individual queda exactamente a la medida. Es una cama más recomendada a niñas o jóvenes. El paquete llegó en tiempo y en muy buenas condiciones.Buen producto, el armado , tardado, pero buena estructura
