All was good except no guarantee this control is an upgraded product. All I can do now is wait, and worry that it too will fail causing more expense to my customer.Per the Rheem website part number SP20303D replaces AP15255D. Ordered SP20303D, the box is label on the outside with this same number, but the actual part inside the box is labeled AP15255D. My problem was resolved, I just hope that the solenoid on new controller last more than the two years that the original did.Customer Service w Southern was easy yes we had a hiccup but we ironed it out-we can’t thank them enough I’m reordering 2 spares w 6 of these furnacesThe part we needed for our water heater we couldn't get where we bought our water heater, we found it online with this company and couldn't be happierIt fix my problemWorked perfectly. Our plumber was having problems getting this part locally because of the freeze. I ordered it online and it was delivered within 3 days and fit perfectly. Took our plumber about 20 minutes to replace the bad unit.This control valve is junk. This is the third unit on this water heater in less than two years. I'll never but a Rheem product again.
