Fixed my problem in less than an hour. This is the replacement for the recall under a similar number. I dropped off my car at the local shop when I read the error code for the second time in a week and realized that with the temperature rising in the spring I could be in some trouble if I didn't fix it quickly. I wanted to fix it myself, but didn't have the time to do it, but my local shop couldn't tell which part was the correct one and told me it would take 4 days to get the part and replace it once they figured out which one was the correct one.... so I took my car home and ordered the part the same day. Two days later the part showed up and I did the repair after watching Youtube videos. It was pretty easy and I saved myself about $300 in the end.Get yourself the coolant from a local Toyota shop or order online if you have the time - don't skimp on fluids. In order to replace the pump, you need to remove this pump from the bracket or you'll need to remove several other screws that are hard to reach and share bolts that hold other items in place as well. I didn't want to open a can of worms, so I left the old bracket in place and pulled the pump from the bracket, replacing the pump only. It's a simple one-piece pump housing and pretty sturdy for its size. Has been working for over 7 months with no issues. Saved me from a several-thousand-dollar repair.
