These HEPA filters are so great for trapping dust and other particles. I have used them for years mostly because I have multiple pets and the filter sifts dander from the air. I have 3 "juniors" operating 24/7 in various areas of my house and couldn't be without this filtering system.I had no problem with the item or seller, but the shipping company didn't do a good job. Box was damaged and not sealed well. Luckily the product inside was not damagedThe air purifier is fine but replacing the filter is awkward. Also the filters only last about one year and not five.Well built. Looks very similar to OEM. The white pre-filter is thicker (hopefully not to restrict airflow) than the original black one and the carbon drum seems a little light. My filter was way past due and so it weighed more, but I can't remember how much it weighed when originally installed.It doesn't seem as loud. So I don't know if it's getting better air flow or not pulling in as much. I keep it on low and did the paper test and it barely stays up. I suppose I will have to live with it.Filter was dented, but didn't impact use. Not well packed.Fit is fine, build quality seems as good as original, yet you can clearly hear the charcoal media shifting significantly when you turn the filter upside down. It appears to be as little as half full, compared to the original where there is no shifting of the charcoal at all.Some minor settling is of course, to be expected, but this is clearly a case of the inner charcoal chamber not being remotely full. Which of course will lower the efficiency or efficacy of filtering. In this case, it's significant enough that i'm concerned the air will bypass the charcoal completely, following a very large path of least resistance.I have two Austin Jr. air purifiers. I bought the name brand replacement for one unit and this filter replacement for the other. The difference is vast. This filter has much less charcoal and you can hear it rattle around when you take the filter from the package. The Austin does not rattle The air purified by the Austin replacement filter smells significantly cleaner and better.tiniest bit big for the HM 200 unit but it fits if you wrap the prefilter around tight. It works as well as the official and I'm pleased with the savings difference. Since these only last a year with normal use it's nice to have a lower cost alternative. Buying a new filter every year really adds up.Really need these for my allergies which are terrible. The clean air makes such a huge difference to my health and also my asthma. Definitely recommend these.
