Set the slot depth to approximately 12.5 mm to match the connector's profile. Locking Tab (Optional) If a locking feature is needed, use a hammer and the tip of another connector to bend in one or both locking tabs before installation. Connector Insertion Angle the connector tip into the slot to follow the curve of the cut. Tap it in with a hammer, making sure the halves are mirrored for proper alignment. Aligning and Connecting Insert the connector halves so they are aligned evenly with the surface. Press the parts together and slide them into place. No clamping or glue is needed for standard applications. Applications
Heavy-Duty Aluminum Slide-In Connector Precision-cast from die-cast aluminum, the SILVER Biscuit Connector is built for strength, making it ideal for solid wood projects, including hardwood furniture, cabinetry, and architectural millwork.
Tool-Free Assembly with Optional Locking Tabs No clamping or glue required. Just knock the mirrored connector halves into #20 biscuit slots, then slide them together. Integrated locking tabs can be latched for extra joint security—especially useful in RTA applications.
Clean, Invisible Finish Fully concealed inside the joint, the SILVER connector eliminates the need for visible fasteners. Perfect for professional-grade furniture or installations where appearance matters.
Self-Tightening and Load-Bearing Patented cutting edges hold the connector tightly in place and provide immediate load-bearing strength. No need to wait for glue to cure—assembly continues without delay.
Versatile and Reusable Designed for all wood and board materials, the connector is especially effective in miter joints, corners, and flat-pack furniture. Can be disassembled after removing back panels, making transport and rework easy.
