I have a small spray booth in one far corner of my wood shop. I use a filtered 20" window fan, and heavy duty plastic curtains and an outdoor carpet piece to catch any overspray that the fan filter doesn't get. My fan is not explosion proof, but I did not want to use solvent spray products. I was somewhat leery of some water-based applications, such as for durability. But I have been impressed by all General Finishes products I have used.I used the above exterior stain on my patio furniture made in my woodshop. They look great! I have two loungers, two Adirondack chairs, and a two seat glider all stained with the cedar product. Two coats, and they are ready for the sun (and fun) of a couple of summers.I highly recommend this product, as well as the Exterior 450 Clear Coat for outdoor protection.Worth the cost. Left a beautiful rich finish on my utility trailer. Highly recommend.
