Delivered in good shape and on time(very heavy though, need 2 people to carry the box)It took 2 people only 1 hour to assemble easily with no issues.Had it a month now, noise free, drawers work well (they hook closed) and roll in and out.No box spring neededI like that it only takes up as much space as the mattress does which is what I was going for in a small room with limited space (Our previous bed frame was bulky)This, without a box spring, depending on the thickness of your mattress keeps your bed at a low/comfortable height. IDEAL for elderly or shorter people. I'm 5'7", and sitting on my bed, my feet are flat with my knees at 90° With this design and style, It was easy to find matching furniture for the rest of the bedroom. 10/10 recommendThe quality of the frame and wood were good, very sturdy. It arrived in good condition. The instructions were adequate, but some of the pictures are too small to see detail, resulting in trial and error. It was not too hard to put together. The frame itself is slightly larger than the standard good quality Sealy Mattress, resulting in the frame showing at sides and corners, not attractive. I think it should be reworked slightly smaller so the mattress comes to the edges of the frame on all sides. The drawers operate well and are easy to close. The mattress easily slides off smooth polished metal, so you will need to put something under the mattress to prevent slippage. For the price, it’s good. Looks nice in my room.Will be purchasing again for our full sized guest bed. Looks great, the cats can't scratch it, and helps with creating more storage. I also enjoy that it makes cleaning easier (no need to vacuum under bed).The screws for the wheels for the drawers are almost impossible to get in.. manufacturer.. I also cannot contact the seller about finding a headboard to coordinate with their product.Solid bed but the frame is unusually slippery and won't hold my mattress in place. Not sure what to do about it - maybe install some padding underneath?Love this bed!I was aware there was a sliding issue. I was unaware this thing is actually a slip n' slide in disguise. Do not take the sliding issue lightly or prepare for imminent mattress yeeting. I put 16 anti skid patches along the frame where it meets the mattress. While this helped I think the frame still identifies as a slip n' slide and is unwilling to let go of that part of itself altogether.The fact that the mattress ultimately shifts positions no matter what you do literally uncovers problem #2. The corners of the drawers, when not covered by the corner of the mattress, are viciously sharp. Got a nice gouge in my leg as I was stepping around the bed. I slapped some kid safety corner things on there and that's pretty much dealt with.However, the drawers are not just satisfied with my blood. They require me to pay in sanity as well. These things are not on tracks. You are required to lift them and insert a metal tab on their frame into a small hole in the bed frame for them to lock into place when you are finished accessing them. These are two black metal pieces... If you do not have sufficient light you are going to be playing "where's the hole in the dark".. a fun game in another circumstance perhaps.Lastly (perhaps I should have led with this for the tldr-ers (oh well suffer)) the instructions for the drawers ask you to put the frame together before securing the wheels. If they done it the other way around it would have allowed you to have a 360 pivot for the screw for 16 wheels. That would have saved my fingers from the agony that was screwing in those vicious things. OORRRR they could have just used a clip instead of a screw and made it 5000x easier.All in all it does the job. Once I put it together and safety proofed it I found it to be a sufficient frame with ample space for storage. I look forward to when I can have a drawerless frame in my life once again though.This bed frame only got 4 stars since it came in damaged. One of the end piece that had the wood got damaged during shipping. But customer service was awesome and helped us get it taken care of. The bed frame does need better packaging for shipping. But overall my son loves his new bed.
